Dear Colleagues!
2019 marks 30 years since I started work in Nigeria since 1989. It’s been an incredible journey & I have been blessed to build Vista Group across 16 countries with a direct presence (including Singapore, Dubai & India). Needless to say, all this has come with tremendous dedication and hard work from all of us in the Group. At last count, we were approximately 1500 of us.
2019 is the year I will turn 60 and I look forward to taking my foot off the accelerator over the next 5 years to allow the next-gen of leaders to provide new impetus and direction for the next phase of growth for the group. We hope by combining our 30+ years experience and inputs from the young sharp minds of today, we can look forward to some spectacular success.
Africa has more people aged under 20 than anywhere in the world and the continent’s population is set to double to two billion by 2050.
That should make the next 30 years very exciting for our Group. We have also carved a presence in Education, Healthcare & Agriculture- and we foresee both – business and social impact opportunities, as we forge ahead.
