We are very happy to announce that DATACOM HR
Software has been implemented for Vista International, Nigeria from Dec
2018.
This system will link all our HR services
together so we have a fully integrated management system. The change is
intended to make the timekeeping process easier for all employees, including
supervisors.
It covers immensely HR operations ranging from
CV bank to Payroll generation integrated with the Biomatrices Software and
machine.
A user-friendly system will improve payroll
processing efficiency, management of employee personal records and documents,
system generated letters, provides employees and supervisors with up-to-date
information about hours worked and available leave balances and many more.
This is one giant leap in the progression and
growth of Vista Group with the introduction of the DATACOM HR. The future plan
is to implement it in all other countries so that we have one same platform on
a group level.
