Resources 4 Africa
eSwatini

Good day all and greetings from The Kingdom
of eSwatini. It gives me great pleasure to write this message and to update Vista
Group as a whole on the progress and developments in the Kingdom.

3 years ago, we introduced Artemis
Pharmaceuticals into the country which has already taken good strides in market
share across both private sales and Government tenders, we look forward to
continued growth and supply of medicines that are quality driven and affordable
to the people of eSwatini. With the support of our neighbouring office in
Mozambique, we have the potential of being the leading pharmaceutical business
as we have the resources, know-how and drive to do such.

Alongside the pharmaceutical business,
Artemis has also ventured into the Agricultural business. eSwatini easily
offers some of the best infrastructures in Africa for agriculture, and with a
long history of growing sugar cane we are no strangers to agriculture. The EU
(European Union) have invested upwards of 5 Billion Euros which is managed by
ESWADE (ESWATINI WATER
AND AGRICULTURE DEVELOPMENT ENTERPRISE) into the development of
agriculture in the water supply to drought areas as well as the clearing of
land and preparation of thousands of hectors. We are proud to announce that the
new working relationship established between Artemis Agriculture and ESWADE has
resulted in an allocation of 250 hectors of land (bush cleared and irrigation
setup) towards Artemis Agriculture’s High-Value Crop project. This is a big
step forward considering Artemis Agriculture has only recently ventured into
agriculture. We are excited about the future in Agri and see the huge potential
the business has both for the country and for the company. We encourage all
members of the group to keep a good eye out for the developments as we keep
conquering new heights in the Agriculture space.

The Kingdom of eSwatini has also developed a
Free Trade Zone named RSTP (Royal Science & Technology Park) which offers
tax breaks, as well as strategic export exemptions from duties as eSwatini,
takes advantage of all the bilateral agreements they have with countries across
the globe. The RSTP has been working on their regulations and we are hopeful
that in the near future all legislation/regulations would be in place to allow
foreign as well as local businesses to strive in the manufacturing space that
targets mainly export products. Resources 4 Africa have a close working
relationship and history with RSTP as Artemis Phytocare look to develop an
extraction-facility of medicinal products within the Free Trade Zone that will
extract and process thousands of tons of product every year from our supply of
High-Value Crops from Artemis Agriculture.

I am thankful and pleased to be part of such
a group and encourage each and every one of you to keep reaching for new
heights, to understand the direction Africa is going as a whole and to position
yourself accordingly, to live a life that makes a difference be it big or small
and most importantly to keep a positive spirit. Be blessed.
