NIIT Ghana has entered into a partnership with mTutor based in Chennai to develop a blended IT education suite, which would be developed under the name “OpenLabs”. The digital education suite will feature “The JobFactory” a program geared to get students into jobs in IT and introduce them to sectors of the IT space that would allow them to discover their own potential.
mTutor has developed education videos for 30+ universities in India, with a speciality in developing animation that conveys the learning material in a visually appealing manner. The JobFactory program will equally do the same, delivering the content via WizIQ.
The development of this project is being overseen by Yaw Amoateng (Directory – NIIT Ghana) and Vinay Gokaldas (Chief Transformation Officer) and new recruit, Emmanuel Boateng (Online education Lead – NIIT Ghana).
