Dear Vista Group,
It brings me great pleasure to address you all at the
beginning of this highly anticipated and action-packed year! The past three
years we have focused on analyzing, developing and investing in new assets,
businesses and robust systems and software. These investments are now coming to
fruit and this year we will begin to see the implementation turn fully
operational.
2020 will see the inauguration of the biggest development we
have embarked on thus far, 30 thousand sqmt, 12-acre, Academic City University
College Campus in Accra, Ghana. The implementation of a centralized Enterprise
Resource Planning software for the Artemis Life Sciences and Vista Africa
verticals, that aims to streamline accounting and sales, making us more
efficient in what we do. The implementation of a year in the making Human
Resources Management software to support our rapid growth in numbers throughout
the continent. The completion of our 350-hectare, commercial farming venture
and agricultural production facilities in Swaziland and the beginning of our
long anticipated Grand Circular Development in Maputo, Mozambique. The delivery
of our Groups first biotechnology, Rapid Test Lateral Flow Assay, manufacturing
facility in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania that will be producing Hepatitis B Diagnostic
Test Cassettes. In addition, this year Vista Ghana will move into their new
7000 sqmt Distribution facility and Vista Nigeria will embark on an ambitious 10
thousand sqmt extension of its flagship factory!
The commitment and time spent by all group members in their
respective roles, has resulted in the overall growth of Vista Group. And it has
always been a difficult task for all group members to explain the overall
diversity of the group to prospective clients and suppliers, to solve this we
have been working on a facelift for our Vista Group digital presence, launching
in Q1, this aims provide all group members irrespective of their vertical, access
to leveraging the entire group when marketing for their individual businesses. To

With the past three years spent focusing on development it
is really exciting to see these ideas all take shape and be implemented, management
are confident that these investments in assets both tangible and intangible
will turn out to benefit the group and everyone. Personally I hope that the
time we are spending investing in solutions for the group are impacting you all
on the ground, without you our businesses will not prosper and it is with great
confidence that we continue to invest in developing new solutions that make
your lives both more meaningful, enjoyable and exciting!
