The 45th
edition of Arab Health is the largest annual gathering of healthcare and trade
professionals in Dubai for the MENA region.
For 45 years Arab
Health has brought the latest innovations in healthcare. From state-of-the-art
imaging equipment to the most cost-effective disposables; developments in
surgery to advances in prosthetics, Arab Health continues to be at the heart of
healthcare in the Middle East.
As the largest
collection of healthcare product manufacturers and service providers under one
roof, Arab Health is a one-stop shop for all healthcare sourcing and
procurement needs.
Over the years, Artemis
Life Sciences have been visiting Arab health with the aim of exploring new and
improved products and principals that strengthen their ongoing effort of
improving healthcare sector in African region. The event also includes
interaction with existing principals for improved market presences.
Some of the
development during Arab Health 2020 include, execution of waste management
project for a Hospital in Beira, Mozambique with the help of Afrifarmacia. The
innovative machine is supplied and installed by an Italian company named
Newster System S.r.l with Afrifarmacia as their service partners. Newster also
agreed to join hands with Afrifarmacia to take their machine to whole of
Mozambique as their distributor and service partner. Another addition include,
adding Fujifilm as the principal supplier for Radiology segment in Tanzania.
The year 2020 also
represents adding Delmaw Enterprises Ltd, Uganda as the newest member of
Artemis. Towards the closure of Arab Health, annual performance review of each
Artemis operation and future projections are presented to the ALS board
members. Which further extends to brainstorming session on plans to sow the
seed for further expansion and penetration in the African market.
