The Academic City community
came alive from Monday, February 10, 2020, to Friday, February 14, 2020, when
the Academic City Students’ Council celebrated the much anticipated maiden ACSC
Week on campus.
This year’s event-packed
week saw the student community involved in varied activities covering; daily
dress codes, twinnies day, community service in partnership with the STEMEP
Project, a debate on, “Is same-sex relationship as wrong as culture makes it,”
bonfire night, movie night, games, love jams among others.
The
first ACSC week offered a good ambience for ACity’s diverse student body to
network and exhibit their talents outside the classroom.
The
successful and exciting week-long celebration enjoyed massive participation
across the board leaving ACitizens to look in earnest for the 2021 edition.
