At Vista Group, we recognize that while life’s ups and downs are inevitable, how we respond makes all the difference. To support staff well-being, our Dubai Head Office hosted the Happiness Program from August 19-21, offering employees practical tools to manage stress and restore balance in their daily lives.

The three-day workshop introduced participants to evidence-based practices in breathwork, meditation, and guided yoga designed to:

  • Calm the mind and soothe the nervous system
  • Improve sleep quality and restore energy
  • Reduce stress and anxiety
  • Boost resilience and overall immunity

Highlights of the program included Sudarshan Kriya, a unique rhythmic breathing technique that makes meditation more accessible, along with guided practices in mind mastery and deep relaxation. These tools equip participants with techniques they can continue using long after the workshop – turning the program into a lifelong investment in health and happiness.

Research has shown that practices taught in the Happiness Program can reduce cortisol (the stress hormone) by more than 50% from the very first day, with continued benefits over time.
