We are pleased to
announce that ICE HRM – a new Human Resources software system has been
implemented in Ghana, Liberia and Sierra Leone for all our Eureka Africa Education
organizations. Mozambique, Tanzania, Swaziland, Zambia, Uganda, Ghana, Nigeria,
DRC, and Malawi for all our Artemis Life Sciences Pharma and Medical Equipment
divisions. And in Nigeria for Vista international so far.
As of now, we all
are at the initial stage of data collection and uploading the same in the
system but soon we are expecting all HR activities to take place only via
software such as applying for leave, Attendance, payroll, etc.
All the employees
will soon have access to their account with ICE HRM wherein you all will be
able to check your own documents, leave records, new applications, etc. This is
a great new initiative for Vista Group as we begin to use technology to our
advantage and digitize old laborious processes
