Dear Colleagues,
As we step into another exciting year together, I want to take a moment to reflect not only on our journey in Nigeria, but on the collective achievements of Vista Group as a whole. Wherever we operate whether in Nigeria, Ghana, Mozambique, Uganda, Swaziland, or beyond our growth has been driven by the same foundation: dedication, innovation, and resilience.
In Nigeria, we have achieved consistent year-on-year growth despite a dynamic and competitive environment. Our exercise books, pens, pharmaceuticals, and packaging divisions have each made significant contributions, mirroring the same spirit of excellence we see across our Group.
Highlights from Nigeria illustrate what Vista stands for globally:
- The largest exercise book manufacturer in Nigeria, producing over 1 million books daily.
- The second-largest ball pen producer in Nigeria, with ISO certification.
- A state-of-the-art GMP-certified pharmaceutical unit.
- A packaging plant with FSSC and ISO certifications, showcasing advanced Flexo and Offset capabilities.
While these achievements are Nigeria-specific, they reflect a wider Vista vision: to build capacity, deliver quality, and lead our industries across Africa.
Looking to 2025 and beyond, we recognize that challenges and opportunities lie ahead for all of us. Through investments in technology, capacity expansion, diversification, and people development, we are positioning the entire Group for long-term sustainability. With a strong foundation, expanding market presence, and an unwavering focus on customer satisfaction, Vista is well placed to deliver greater value to stakeholders everywhere we operate.
On behalf of management, I extend my gratitude to our shareholders for their trust and to every employee across the Group for their dedication. Together, we can transform aspirations into achievements.
I am proud to be part of this incredible family and look forward to all that we will accomplish as one Vista Group.
