Majid Mulani
Hi,
I am Majid Mulani. I have been working with Avalon Development Ghana since June 4, 2016, as a Construction Project Manager administering the ACADEMIC CITY UNIVERSITY CAMPUS PROJECT. The project comprises of Lecture
theatres, Lecture rooms, Administration offices, an Engineering Workshop, Hostels and a Cafeteria. The total built up area is 20,000 to 25,000 square meters. I am the lead member of project team on site, leading a team of local Architects, Consultants and Sub-Contractors. I do overall project co-ordination, site supervision, material sourcing, execution and project budgeting, as you can tell it involves both technical and commercial skills.
My favourite part of the job is Identifying and Solving technical issues. I enjoy reading current world affairs, passionate success stories, and take my inspiration from all successful but generous people.
My definition of success is “Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day-in and day-out thus keep trying hard, Success never goes away, one day you will be paid for your hard work.
