Afri Farmacia Lda, Mozambique has officially received the Good Distribution Practice (GDP) Certificate from the Ministry of Health Mozambique – Regulatory Authority.
This certification confirms that Afri Farmacia operates in full compliance with national standards for pharmaceutical storage, handling, quality systems, and distribution. It strengthens the company’s ability to ensure product integrity, temperature-controlled logistics, traceability, and regulatory compliance across the supply chain.
The GDP certification also enhances Afri Farmacia’s readiness to support government and institutional tenders, international procurement programs, NGO and donor-funded projects, and strategic pharmaceutical distribution across Mozambique.
This milestone reflects the team’s commitment to maintaining high regulatory standards in pharmaceutical distribution. It also sets a strong example within the Artemis network, and we hope to see other Artemis entities continue progressing toward similar regulatory achievements.
