The Awutu Senya West District office of the Ghana Education Service has taken delivery of school chairs to augment challenges students face especially in the rural areas.
Vista 2000 donated about 172 modern desks via Go Girl Ghana, a non-governmental organisation (NGO) that operates within the district to promote education especially the girl child.
The desks will go a long way to improve teaching and learning in the district as the availability of desks for students had been a challenge to most schools.
Managing Director of the “Vista 2000”, Arun K Thampi who facilitated for the desks to support education delivered a great message by mentioning the action as a part of the corporate social responsibility to the country by Vista Group.
