Promising career demands constant hard work, achieving hard market targets, meeting deadlines, and bearing a lot of mental, physical and emotional stress. All these can be borne and carried out if you are healthy. This edifice of promising career is built upon the solid and robust foundation of health.
There’s no harm in being ambitious, nor in being devoted to our work. The only face we need to consider is that we should take good care of our health as good health ensures uninterrupted success at work.
Achieving equilibrium between lifestyle and employment is bit tricky but not impossible. We have the live example of Mr George Dominic sunny, Group Director, as he recently participated in Standard Chartered Dubai Marathon – 2018, Mr George completed the 10 KM run in 66 minutes ranking 77 in his age group of 55 years and above which is inspirational.
We all should add exercise/yoga in our calendars along with healthy food, so we can run -balance & achieve the marathon of our life!
