MailChimp is a marketing automation platform and an email marketing service that helps us create and send emails, manage subscribers, and stay on top of our marketing campaigns. It allows us to track and analyze data when sending out our monthly newsletters, so that we can collect statistics on who views what, to improve our newsletter content and delivery. In addition, it makes the experience more social and allows readers to post comments and ask questions on events and happenings that have been published.
