We are happy to inform you all that ARTEMIS LIFE SCIENCE GROUP – AFRI FARMACIA LDA (AFL) at MOZAMBIQUE has successfully completed the audit by PARTNERSHIP for SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT (PFSCM) cGMP Auditors from USA & NETHERLAND on June 19, 2017 and we have received their confirmation for being PreQualified WHOLESALERS until June 19, 2020. This pre-qualification is one of the biggest achievement for AFL ever since it has started operation with the dedication to Quality, Systems and Procedures complied under Good Distribution Practices (GDP), Services to our Customers, continues Training to our Employees and best organizational Management as a leading Pharmaceutical Importer and Distributor in Mozambique.
Why is this Audit so important for us?
Once PFSCM pre-qualification has been gained, then they will use the pre-qualified vendors as an eligible Source for future procurement requirements. PFSCM vendors are audited on a regular basis to confirm the compliance with PFSCM QA standards. With AFL qualification, we are listed in their procurement system as an approved vendor and can be a part of their global supply which is annually more than US$ 1 Billion. By this achievement, AFL has shown that we are par with the other Internationally Recognized Wholesaler Groups and made entry to Global Recognition.

We delighted yet disheartened to announce that Mr. Chico Antonio Sousa Cadeado has retired from his position with us. Afri Farmacia, Mozambique had organized a farewell get together to celebrate his commitment on 28th Oct. Being one of the oldest employees of our office, Mr. Chico served our company for 17 years in the Accounts Department. He was handling billing and coordination with our clients.
We wish him good luck for the future and bid him a happy farewell!
