Before the college closed down for the Christmas holidays, the students and faculty of BlueCrest college came together to celebrate the festive season together at the campus auditorium.
Students were joined by members of the college faculty and staff as they ended the year 2018 on a celebratory note.
The event began at the auditorium with prayers and passages from the Bible. It was followed by a movie on the importance of road safety, created and edited by the students of Mass Communications department.
Cheer spread as everyone came together to sing songs and carols that are traditionally popular.
The highlight of the day was a sumptuous lunch that was shared by all the event attendees.
The celebration extended to the college hostel premises where the students shared cakes and snacks with each other in the evening. It was a small holiday gesture by the college management for students who were unable to go home for the holidays.
This celebration is one of those annual events at BlueCrest college that gives students a chance to interact with the faculty informally.
