Hi, I am Najeeba Osman, and I am the Regulatory Manager for Afri Farmacia Ltd. in Mozambique.
It’s a privilege to be associated with Afri Farmacia Lda, Mozambique. Heading the Registration Department for almost 18 months, I feel proud to say that Afri Farmacia has molded me into a “Multi-Tasking Professional”, to take up challenges and experiment in new segments.
One of my biggest challenges was playing a key role in the PFSCM Audit, where we successfully completed the Audit and Qualified for all 3 countries in the very first attempt (Mozambique, Malawi and Zambia). My favorite part of my job is leading the Team and learning about New Molecules used in Medication.
I honestly feel very lucky and thankful to my Seniors who always guide me towards success. I am grateful to my colleagues as they always trust me and support me to accomplish the assigned work in stipulated time. My inspiration is my Uncle who has given me the confidence to stand independently in life.
