1.Can you briefly describe your role at the company?
As the Supervisor-sales and service, I oversee daily sales operations of the equipment division, coordinate the engineering and applications team, support customer relationships, and ensure targets, service standards, and operational procedures are consistently met.
2.What do you enjoy most about your job?
Naturally, I enjoy solving problems and this job gives me the opportunity to do that, support my team, and deliver solutions that create real value for customers while achieving business goals.
3.What has been your proudest moment or achievement here?
My proudest moment in this role has been building a reliable team that has consistently shown improvement in service delivery and customer focus and in turn collaborating with the biggest healthcare facilities in Uganda.
4.What’s the most challenging part of your role?
The most challenging part of my role is meeting high customer expectations amidst operational constraints, while keeping the team motivated to continue delivering high quality service to our clients.

5.Tell us something interesting about yourself outside of work — hobbies, interests, or passions.
I love reading books, doing outdoor activities, playing board games, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family. I also listen to life impacting podcasts, especially as I drive.
6.What’s one thing your colleagues might be surprised to know about you?
I am very good at playing chess and won the High school championship.

Motivation & Advice
8.What keeps you motivated at work?
The work we do is meaningful and impacts many lives of Ugandans. Knowing that the equipment we supply will assist in diagnosing and treating patients keeps me motivated at work. I often visit these hospitals and the magnitude of people lining up for these services is overwhelming.
9.What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
A friend once told me that there is time for everything; time for school, time for work, time to play and so on. So do the right thing at the right time.

10.Any tips for maintaining a healthy work-life balance?
One can maintain a work-life balance by prioritizing their tasks, setting clear boundaries and making time to recharge so they can stay positive and focused at work.
