19th
edition of Medlab Middle East 2020 was the region’s largest medical laboratory
exhibition which facilitates the interaction of over 25,800+ medical
laboratory, healthcare and trade professionals from 135+ countries. Medlab was
held from 03 to 06 Feb 2020 at World Trade Center, Dubai, UAE.
The
medical laboratory segment is still new to Artemis Group with major
contribution and experience coming from Tanzania. With offices in another 8
African countries, Artemis management plans on diversifying their product
segment. In order to achieve this, experienced biomedical engineers and
technical engineers are been placed in every Artemis branch. Biorad, Hemex,
Snibe, Thermo and Fisher Scientific, Fujifilm, Edan are some of the principal
assisting this expansion.
With
the guidance from segment head Mr. Nishitha, One of the significant
developments has been the introduction of Hematology 3 & 5 Part machines
along with it’s consumables under the Artemis brand. Due to high volume in this
segment, Artemis introduced their own Hematology machine in DRC which had a
good market response. Looking at its success, the Artemis Hematology machine
will be introduced in all other African markets as well.
With the experiences
gathered from Medlab & our experienced staff stationed in every country,
