Q: Can you briefly describe your role at the company?
I am responsible for building and maintaining key client relationships, developing Adapted service solutions and preparing sales and performance report. My role leverages the deep operational knowledge I gained from my time in the Accounts team to ensure we deliver exceptional value and strategic partnership to our clients.
Q: What do you enjoy most about your job?
I truly enjoy the process of connecting with people and solving complex challenges. Using my communication skills to understand a client’s core needs and then collaborating with our internal teams to build the perfect solution is incredibly rewarding. That moment of shared success with both the client and my colleagues is what drives me.
Q: What has been your proudest achievement here?
Successfully transitioning from the Accounts team to Sales & Services, a move that was recognized and supported by leadership due to the strength of my client communication and relationship-building skills. It demonstrated the company’s belief in internal growth and my ability to adapt and excel in new challenges.
Q: What’s the most challenging part of your role?
Balancing the strategic, long-term view of business development with the immediate, detail-oriented demands of client service. It requires constantly shifting focus without losing sight of either objective, ensuring that every client feels valued while we also work towards our larger growth goals.

Q: Tell us something interesting about yourself outside of work.
I enjoy visiting new places to explore and learn new things which helps me disconnect and clear my mind. I’m also passionate about reading novels because, it helps me reduce stress.
Q: What’s one thing your colleagues might be surprised to know about you?
That I am deeply inspired by the mentorship of a gentlemen named; Mr. Krishna Sista and Justice Nii Quaye-Mensah whose principles of integrity and strategic calm shape both my personal and professional life.
Q: Do you have a favourite book, movie, or TV show?
My professional philosophy is influenced by the concept of being “a thermostat, not a thermometer,” which is about proactively setting the environment. I also enjoy watching action and family movies like “baby day out”

Q: What keeps you motivated at work?
Knowing that my work directly contributes to strengthening client partnerships and driving company growth. I am motivated by the opportunity to build genuine trust and be a bridge between our clients’ needs and our company’s solutions.
Q: What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
The best advice was to “focus on the duty, not the outcome,” a principle I learned from my mentor. This helps me pour my best effort into every task and interaction, leading to higher integrity and less stress.
Q: Any tips for maintaining a healthy work-life balance?
Have a clear plan for your workday so you can be fully present when you’re off the clock. I make it a priority to completely disconnect during my personal time to recharge, whether that’s through outing or spending quality time with family and friends.
