The young, energetic, and hardworking next generation of Varyanis–Neeraj, Pav, and Taran–are stepping up with grit and endurance to steer Vista Group into new realms of success.
We’re delighted that all three brothers are playing active roles, with the youngest, Taran, having joined about six months ago.
It’s inspiring to see them focus on strengthening our existing businesses while thoughtfully expanding into new, high-potential markets and ventures. We believe a new phase for Africa is emerging, with regional currencies and economies poised to perform better in the coming years.
We encourage all of you to share your ideas with this next generation of leaders and help guide the Group toward even greater heights.
Ratan, Binod, Nand, Rajesh, and Sunil continue to provide steady leadership and uphold our striving, frugal mindset–enabling Dev and me to focus on mentorship and enjoy this transition to a dynamic, forward-looking leadership team that embodies the spirit of Vista.
